John F. Barnes Myofascial Release is a type of bodywork specifically designed to work with the myofascial tissue releasing restrictions to treat root causes instead of just symptoms. Fascia is found throughout the body in a 3D web or matrix and connects every part of the body together. The body is quite literally all one piece. Any restriction anywhere in the body will cause a ripple effect throughout the whole body. We always treat the body as a whole.

The focus of traditional therapeutic massage is to provide the client with an experience of deep relaxation and quiet calm. Our therapists combine a variety of modalities to tailor each session to the specific needs of the client. Pregnancy, back pain, stiffness, and lack of mobility as well as all other considerations are all taken into account. We want to provide the most comfortable and supportive environment possible for every client to attain their health and relaxation goals.
